Pilates with Charlotte Honour B.A. (Hons) C.Y.Q
Pilates is a body conditioning routine that will help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or centre, and improving coordination and balance.
The Pilates method allows for different exercises to be modified in a range of difficulty from beginner to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.
One of the best things about the Pilates method is that it works well for everyone, including athletes, dancers, seniors, and people who are at various stages of physical rehabilitation.
Following the Joseph Pilates method, Charlotte offers a unique 1:1 Pilates experience in the comfort of your own home. Charlotte offers a range of different Pilates plans which are suitable for all levels of ability, this will allow her to work with you to focus on your own individual needs and personal goals. Small group sessions are also available on request.

Charlotte Katy Honour is a qualified Pilates instructor. She has followed the Pilates syllabus for the last 12 years.
Charlotte is a trained professional dancer and teaches Ballet, Contemporary and Modern at the Angmering School of Dance and at Chichester College Dance Studios.
Charlotte started dancing from an early age, when she was only 9 years old she was accepted at London Junior Ballet where her love for Pilates began. It developed when she later gained entry to the prestigious Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance which is home to one of the largest Pilates studios in the UK.
Since completing her degree in Contemporary Dance Theatre B.A. (Hons) 2:1, Charlotte has gained her Dance Teachers qualification, Zumba instructor certificate and expanded on her love and knowledge of Pilates.
Charlotte strongly believes that re-educating posture and changing your movement patterns will help to support you in leading a healthier, more fulfilled lifestyle. Charlotte currently holds additional classes on Tuesdays at Bailiffscourt Hotel and Spa. Charlotte is qualified First Aider and also a member of REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) and Foundation for Community Dance.
